You want to return an item? Please be aware that our items get produced just for you, as you order them. With Louvrys there is no warehouse, so items can’t just be returned without proper instructions. Please make sure to read our refund and return policies first to see if your item is returnable, and always contact us first, using this particular form. Thank you!

Wrong (mislabeled)/ damaged item
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive wrong or damages items.

According to our refund and return policies, we might ask you to provide us with pictures of any item you’d like to return. Please take pictures and keep them ready for that purpose.

Please do not send items back on your own without proper instructions. You would become liable for any returned shipments you receive. Send out this return form first.
