Louvrys is a brand based in Germany. We ship our premium-art apparel worldwide, without keeping any items in stock. A warehouse is not part of our concept, but a certain environmental sustainability is:
1) Instead of over-producing clothes that end up in shady places after a season’s end, we produce every item exclusively as you order it (“made to order”). Though this might increase the time until your item arrives, it also helps to minimize environmental waste.
2) We rely on a network of international production facilities. Our goal is to produce your items as close to your location as possible, so that we can reduce shipping distances and therefore keep CO2-emissions low.
No, Louvrys is an exclusive online store. Our concept is “made to order” and means that whatever you order will be tailored right then and there, exclusively for you! We simply don’t keep any stock to show in a storefront.
Yes! We are shipping worldwide. Restrictions might be passed down to us from our fulfillment partners. As of today, they unfortunately won’t ship to the following countries: Belarus, Russia, Syria, Iran, Ukraine Cuba, Ecuador, North Korea.
We craft our designs in Germany and ship worldwide, using a variety of international fulfillment partners. Our goal is always to produce and ship your order from a location as close to you as possible. So we ship most orders from within your country or a country near yours.
It depends. When you order your item at Louvrys, it will get produced and shipped from the production facility directly to the address you ordered it to. This takes longer than the usual overnight-express and since we rely on our fulfillment partners, we don’t have any influence on it. Everything within 10 – 30 business days is totally normal.

This can (but does not have to) happen whenever you receive an international shipment. The rules are different for every country and even every package. If local authorities control your package, then chances are they are taking a fee for it. Not only is this very random, it is also totally out of our control, and therefore we can’t refund you this fee. Please look up “custom duties” for your country to gather more information about this topic.
Ever since every item is being exclusively produced for you after you order it, Louvrys is not a store where you can just order items online, try them on and return them.
Therefore, you should make sure that you are totally ordering the right sizes. Please look out for the “Size Chart”-tab on each product page for maximum clarity.
Unfortunately, we can’t take back any item because of buyer’s remorse. Every item at Louvrys will be produced exclusively for you as you order it. We don’t keep any stock and therefore can’t just send you different sizes/ colors. The only possible solution would be for you to buy another item in a different size or color and also keep the first one. Read our Refund & Return policy for further information.
If your item has arrived damaged, or the quality (e.g. blurry print) is clearly bad, you can contact us using this Return Form within 30 days of product delivery. Please make sure to provide us with clear pictures of said damages, so that we can process your request and send you new item or refund your order.
